               Philip E. Yocum, AIA, LEED AP | Project Director


               Phil has over 35 years of experience in a wide variety of building types including the
               preservation and adaptive reuse of historic structures.  He exceeds federal Professional
               Qualifications Standards in the fields of Architecture and Historic Architecture
               (36 CFR Part 61 ).  As Project Director, he works  closely with Principals relative to the
               tasks of organizing, executing at Bernardon, and coordinating project assignments.
               Phil‘s responsibility include day-to-day management of projects to meet overall
               objectives and design goals for each project. Phil’s personal and professional
               approach is to provide innovative and professional service to maximize the project
               outcomes for his clients. He works closely with clients throughout the planning and
               implementation process to develop solutions that meet their objectives, enhance the
               built environment, and provide long-term project performance. His participation as
               a member of various governmental and non-governmental boards has also provided
               valuable insights into navigating the regulatory requirements that impact every
               project.
