           Associate / Lead Electrical Engineer

           Tami, who joined BBA in 2001, has performed electrical engineering,
           design, analysis and construction administration services since 1998.
           Her areas of expertise include power distribution, life-safety systems,
           lighting design and controls, and daylight modeling for use in lighting-
           quality studies and integrated-energy analysis.

           In her role as lead electrical engineer, Tami performs the building electrical
           system evaluations and oversees and coordinates the engineering,
           design and construction administration of the electrical systems.

           The 1910 Willows Mansion was named for the beautiful willow trees that surround   tami.knopp@brucebrooks.com
           the property. This restoration involves demolition of an existing terrace and
           solarium on the north side of the structure and its replacement with a two-story
           addition, which includes an entry and garden room on the first floor and a rooftop
           terrace and event room on the second floor. Changes to the existing structure
           include expanding the kitchen to become a larger, commercial catering kitchen;
           replacing mechanical and electrical systems throughout the entire building; and
           adding a fire suppression system. (2020)
