Design Statement: The Clubhouse at the Enclave at The
Promenade is a single-story, 5,000-square-foot amenity
clubhouse within a planned residential community in Upper
Dublin Township.

The clubhouse interiors is designed as an extension of
the building’s exterior design, while maintaining the Toll
Brothers brand and the community’s demographic in mind.
The Clubhouse includes a large ballroom space, serving
kitchen, game lounge, bar, library and fitness center. The
exterior and interior aesthetic embraces a modern farmhouse
design with a muted, natural color pallet that highlights
material textures.
