            Design Statement:  Bernardon provided architectural
            design services for an approximately 47,000 SF mixed-
            use and retail project with both renovation and addition
            components. Building I of the complex consists of a
            12,400 SF renovation to a former SEPTA bus terminal
            garage with a 4,500 SF addition. Building II is a new, two-
            story building of approximately 30,200 SF with the first
