Location: Charlestown Township, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: Bernardon provided master planning
and architectural design services for a mixed-use project
including a 128 room suite style hotel and 22,000 SF retail
shopping complex. All elements have been designed to
achieve the feel of one beautiful, cohesive development.
The retail component will be a pedestrian friendly hub
with ample outdoor plaza space to provide a walkable The hotel component was based on a prototype, but
