Skechers
Location: Various Locations
Design Statement: Skechers developed three (3) store
prototypes, each with their own requirements for retail
(1,800 - 2,500 SF), outlets (1,800 - 2,500 SF), and
warehouses (8,000 - 10,000 SF). Differences in each
prototype included layout, lighting, and wall graphics.
Core States Group adapted the appropriate prototype to
each site as well as adjusted the entry to fit tenant and
city requirements.
