Turn5, Inc. New Customer Service Call Center and Dyno/Shop Area
Location: Malvern, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: Turn5, in addition to their new
Headquaters, needed to expand their current call center
and leased approximately 17,000 SF of warehouse space
down the road from their headquarters to convert into a call
center. Bernardon provided design services for the project,
which had a budget of $800K and a very tight schedule of
eight (8) weeks for design.
Turn5 wanted their new call center to reflect their workplace
culture of jeans, tee shirts, grease, car parts, and muscle cars.
Working with their marketing department we designed wall
murals, integrated product to reinforce their brand by using
car hoods and tire rims as artwork, exhaust pipes as ceiling
accents, and warehouse pallets for wall accents. Instead of
trying to conceal the industrial feel of the warehouse, it
was embraced and used to reinforce the glorified garage feel
of the new call center by highlighting the oversized doors,
rough-finish concrete floors, and high-bay ceilings.
