Location: Malvern, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: Bernardon provided architectural
design services for a new 45,000 SF, two-story corporate
headquarters facility for ifm efector, which develops,
manufactures, and markets electronic sensors used in a
range of industries.
As a technology company with a keen focus on brand and
image in their market, Bernardon’s design of ifm’s new
headquarters focuses on the ifm brand and image. The
design incorporates an open space plan concept to allow
natural light to filter through and common areas where
employees can gather to encourage collaboration. The design
also includes a two-story atrium lobby with curved glass, a
large outdoor patio, a fitness center, and cafe.
