            Location: Union, New Jersey
            Design Statement:  Bernardon provided design services
            for the renovation of an approximately 6,100 SF amenity
            space. The goal was to  update the space to make it brighter,
            evoke a sense of timeless style, and better align with their
            AVE brand which provides sophisticated, flexible living for
            professionals and residents in transition.


            Since the existing amenity space felt outdated and dark,
