            West End Flats


            Owner/User: BET Investments, Inc.

            Location: Media, Pennsylvania
            Design Statement:    The interior design approach to
            West  End  Flats,  a  four-story,  approximately  300,000  SF
            residential building, involved incorporating many small
            lounge areas within the amenity space and including a variety
            of offerings. The ground floor includes a leasing office, coffee/
            café area, business center with a small, private conference
            room, mail area, and fitness area. The second floor includes
            a demo kitchen available for gatherings, a media lounge,
            gaming area, and lounge spaces that connect to two central
            courtyards; these outdoor courtyards contain a dog park   and artwork selections, the team was able to pull the exterior
            and pool/grilling/fire pit area.   Creating a connection to the   industrial aesthetic inside to the amenity spaces and throughout
