Bernardon is providing architectural and
interior design services for a 58,400 SF,
five-story hotel which includes 133 guest
rooms, a lobby with a full bar open to the
public, and an exterior courtyard to support
live music and performances. The building
will include a 4,000 SF restaurant tenant
space that will be adjacent to a future
entertainment venue being developed by
the same owner. Located along Hamilton
Street in downtown Allentown, PA, this new
gateway project will redefine the downtown
West District.
