Bernardon provided master planning and architectural design services for a mixed-
use project that included a retail center and a 128-room suite style hotel. The hotel
component was based on a prototype, with the façade slightly manipulated to read
as less monolithic and more as a series of differentiated masses. The use of gable
roofs, stone, and similar materials ties the hotel together with the retail village,
and similar trellis work and exterior lighting fixtures are also employed to mimic
the Retail shops.
