Neil B. Liebman, AIA, LEED AP | Principal

As President of Bernardon, Neil is responsible for overseeing many of the day-to-day
aspects of the firm, including business growth, client satisfaction, and the design process
that produces beautiful, cost-effective design solutions for our clients. Neil's extensive
experience and background includes working with developers throughout the region. This
experience gives him an insight in the construction process and a keen understanding of
developing design solutions that aesthetically fit the market for which they are intended,
have a ‘lease-able’ design concept to meet a multitude of possibilities, and meet the
financial and schedule expectations of our clients. His broad range of experience include
