Michael Welz, CSI, CDT, will provide his high level
of experience and proficiency in building construction
detailing, familiarity with AIA and CSI documents,
and fluency with national building code applications
and industry-wide trends and innovations. His
experience as an on-site representative, working
closely with Owners and Construction Managers, and
maintaining document and specification compliancy
during construction, has given him a unique
understanding of the key considerations to look for
during the QA process.
