services to fit out the stately 10,000 SF Georgian-revival
building at 44 Kent Way as a new home for The Biden
Institute, part of the University of Delaware’s School of
Public Policy & Administration, including a private office
for founding chair and former Vice President Joseph R.
Biden, Jr.
The interior systems renovation included installation of a new
