Design Statement: Bernardon provided full-service
architectural and interior design services, including space
planning and tenant fit-out services, for a 75,000 SF medical
office building.
The exterior is primarily constructed of brick with a canopy
and a significant amount of glass at the main entrance, which
opens into a two-story lobby. The building meets the criteria
for a Class “A” office building.
