Wilmington, Delaware

Structural design for a new office tower above an existing building, a new ground
level service tunnel between the new loading dock area and a new two car elevator
shaft and vertical lobby tower that will serve the ground floor through level seven.
Included design for infill of the existing loading dock along the North side of the
campus, as well as a link between the new office tower and the adjacent existing
buildings, totaling 60,000 SF in all.

Christiana Care Medical Arts Pavilion II CCHS Wilmington Hospital Gateway Building
Christiana, Delaware
Structural design for a new three-story, 50,000 SF medical office building
addition. The project was developed utilizing a design-build method of
delivery.

Bayhealth - Smyrna Medical Office Complex
Smyrna, Delaware
Structural design for a new two-story, 31,000 SF medical office building
addition. The project scope includes a roof-level mechanical penthouse, a
breezeway connector to existing medical office building and provisions for a
new MRI unit and CAT scan room.

CCHS - Helen F. Graham Cancer Center
Wilmington, Delaware
Structural design for a new three-story, 90,000 SF expansion to an existing CCHS - Helen F. Graham Cancer Center
cancer center. The expansion houses a new MRI unit, a C/T scan unit and a
mammography center, as well as clinical and office space.

Beebe Hospital Tunnel Cancer Ctr./ Medical Arts Bldg.
Rehoboth Beach, Delaware
Structural design for a new, 71,000 SF medical office building expansion. The
project consisted of a two-story vertical expansion to the new, 10,000 SF one-
story Oncology Group medical office building and an attached three-story,
51,000 SF addition.

Crossroads Center for Health
Brownstown, Pennsylvania
Structural design for a new 20,000 SF, two-story medical office building. The
new structure was built into the existing hillside, resulting in retaining wall Beebe Hospital - Tunnel Cancer Ctr./ Medical Arts Bldg.
