building addition. The project was developed utilizing a design-build method
of delivery.

Atlantic General Hospital - John Brubage Cancer Care Cntr
Berlin, Maryland
Structural design services were provided for a $51.4M, single-story, 18,000
SF medical office building featuring a stand-alone entrance canopy. The new
facility includes outpatient chemotherapy infusion center, hematology care,
medical and radiation oncology care, a new linear accelerator concrete vault
structure, conference and support group facilities

Delaware Hospice – New Castle Hospice
New Castle, Delaware
Structural design services provided for the new $15M hospice center. The Atlantic General Hospital - John Brugage Cancer Center
one-story, 30,000 SF in patient facility utilizing pre-manufactured wood roof
trusses and metal stud bearing walls construction. The building includes a
drive under entrance canopy and a roof structure overhang at each of the
patient rooms. The project also included a two-story, plus partial basement,
38,000 SF office area, utilizing a steel bar joist and wood truss structure
supported by steel-frame and metal stud bearing walls construction.

Fenwick Island Medical Center
Fenwick Island, Delaware
Structural design for two new one-story medical office buildings. Building 100
is 15,200 SF and Building 200 is 20,700 SF.

Hospice of Lancaster County
Lancaster,, Pennsylvania
Structural design for a new one and two-story, 50,000 SF hospice facility
featuring a two-story administration office.

Crozer-Chester Medical Center - Hybrid OR
Upland, Pennsylvania
A new state-of-the-art hybrid operating room offering or minimally invasive
vascular and cardiac procedures, required structural design for support of new
OR equipment, support for new roof-top AC/units and new fifth floor and roof
openings. The OR is used by vascular surgeons, interventional cardiologists,
cardiac surgeons and interventional radiologists.
