Structural design services for a 36,000 SF, three-story, plus basement medical office
building. The building is steel-framed with brick veneer and includes a cast-in-
place concrete linear accelerator vault and C/T unit in addition to physician offices
and associated support space.

Clio Health Lancaster Medical Building
Lancaster, Pennsylvania
Doyelstown Hospital - The Cancer Institute
Located on the former Lancaster Stockyards site, the $35M, new four-story,
144,000 SF medical building. Clio Health Lancaster, ‘micro-hospital’ is a state-
of the art specialty surgical hospital with physician offices and ancillary services
featuring four surgery rooms and 35 patient rooms.

Atlantic General Hospital - Sina Ocean Pines
Berlin, Maryland

Structural design services were provided for a new abulatory surgical center. The
building is a two-story, 100,000 SF, steel-framed medical building featuring a
stand-alone main entrance canopy and discharge canopy. The building contains
primary, doctor’s offices, rehab areas and MRI space. Clio Health Lancaster

Apex Corporate Center
Newark, Delaware
Structural design services provided for the new, two- story, 63,700 SF medical
office building, also known as “The Doctor’s Bag Building” which houses
Mid-Atlantic GI Consultants and The Colon Health Center of Delaware. The
building incorporates a drop off canopy feature.

City Gate One - Medical Center Office Building
Lancaster, Pennsylvania
Apex Corporate Center
Structural design services were provided for the 35.5M, City Gate Corporate
Center. The project consisted of a new, 4-story, 50,000 SF medical office
building including a two-story medical office space for an outpatient center and
a two-story corporate office space, totaling 122,000 SF.

Brinton Lake - Rothman Institute
Glen Mills, Pennsylvania
Structural design for a new, two-story, steel framed medical office building
specializing in podiatry, hips and knees, shoulders and elbows, sports medicine,
hands and wrists, physical medicine and rehabilitation, featuring 22 medical
exam rooms.
