Structural design services were provided for a new one-story (+ basement),
4,600 SF addition to the existing long term care center for individuals with Beebe Healthcare College Park Medical Arts
physical and intellectual disabilities. The first floor level is 3,900 SF and the
basement level is 730 SF

City Gate Two - Medical Center Office Building
Lancaster, Pennsylvania
Structural design services were provided for the second building on the site
of City Gate One. The project scope consisted of design for a new, 5-story,
105,000 SF medical office building, which included on grade parking.

Cape Henlopen Medical Center
Lewes, Delaware
Structural design services were provided for a new, 40,000 SF, two-story,
medical office building as a one-stop shop for medical examinations, diagnostic
radiology and physical therapy under one roof. Cape Henlopen Center

Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice - New Inpatient Center
Vorhees, New Jersey
Structural design services provided for the new $10M hospice center. The
one-story, 28,000 SF facility features three residential wings, an administration
wing with lobby, offices and conference center and a service wing. The facility
utilized combustible construction with interior and exterior bearing walls and
a pre-manufactured roof truss structure.

Christiana Care HS - Middletown Freestanding ED
Middletown, Delaware
As a part of Christiana Care Health System, structural design services were
provided for a new, one-story, 36,000 SF, freestanding emergency department
(FED) first component of a new planned medical campus. The FED facility
includes a 6,000 SF Emergency Medical Service (EMS) Station and the facility
is designed for future lateral expansion.
