Location: Cherry Hill, New Jersey
Design Statement: Situated on the former grounds of the
historic Garden State Race Track, the Park Lane Apartments
will contribute to the existing master-planned, mixed-use
community.
The resort-style luxury rental community is comprised of
two, five-story residential buildings totaling approximately
102,300 SF. When constructed, these two new buildings will
complete a transverse axis road that will run perpendicular
to the community’s Main Street, which includes retail and
office space.
Park Lane Apartments is currently under construction with
an anticipated completion date of March 2022.
