near Little Lehigh Creek, Parkway Apartments will meet
increasing housing needs of Allentown, the fastest growing
city in Pennsylvania.
Taking advantage of its complicated topography, Parkway
Apartments is nestled in the surrounding steep slope and
utilizes the areas natural views as its backdrop.
The design aims to give the perception of a much more
modest building while in actuality the 250,000 SF building
encompasses nearly 175 apartment units with 2,000 SF of
amenity space.
