Design Statement: City Center Investment Corporation
(CCIC) seeks to develop a multifamily community that
also provides retail and amenity space to the neighboring
Cityplace North, a repurposed hotel. In response to
CCIC’s, desire for a cost-effective building that will provide
apartments at a lower price point than their existing
Allentown communities, Cityplace South will serve as
a place for residents who want to live comfortably in the
city’s expanding urban center. The 102,000 SF, four-story
building will include 120 apartment units, a 78-unit By implementing a modern and sleek style, the design approach
