Location: Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: Bernardon is providing architectural
and interior design services for this existing mixed-use
project, situated at the intersection of Cynwyd Road and
Union Avenue, which will continue to transform downtown
Bala Cynwyd into a transformed urban destination. The
first level includes 7,000 SF of retail and restaurant space,
in addition to three (3) two-story townhouse units and a
lobby entrance for the apartment units above. The second
floor includes residential units, in addition to a first class
fitness center for use by this development and other new
developments by the same developer.
This project is currently under construction with
anticipated completion in the Spring of 2021.
