Design Statement: The exterior restoration and interior
renovation of this stately 10,000 SF Georgian-revival
building provides new space for graduate student services.
More recently, Bernardon provided interior design
services to fit out the space as a new home for The Biden
Institute, part of the University’s Biden School of Public
Policy & Administration, including a private office for
founding chair, President Joseph R. Biden, Jr.
