Gulati Complex at Chestnut Hill College
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: Chestnut Hill College desired to
transform underutilized spaces into a modern fitness center
and social gathering area with a café that would build upon
the college’s mission for health in body, mind, and spirit.
The 11,300 SF Gulati Complex includes a 5,000 SF fitness
center, McCaffery Lounge café, and social gathering space,
plus an outdoor entrance pavilion and plaza.
