136 South Main Street Student Housing
Location: Newark, Delaware
Design Statement: Bernardon provided architectural
design services and coordination of engineering disciplines
for this two-phased multi-unit, mixed-use student housing
development. 136 South Main Street serves the University
of Delaware student population. Phase I included 14 two-
story units above 10,600 SF of retail space. Phase II was
comprised of eight additional, residential units.
