        American Univeristy Dining

        Services:  Architecture, Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering, Structural Engineering


        Core States Group provided tenant improvements inside the Mary Graydon Center on the campus of American University in
        Washington DC. The projects consisted of the planning and design of seven new food service concepts to replace existing quick serve
        and cafeteria dining for students, faculty, staff, and the general public. Each concept varied in size, scope, and complexity from small
        coffee nook to trade craft finishes and equipment coordination upgrades.






        California State University Dining

        Services:  Architecture, MEP Engineering, Structural Engineering

        Tenant improvements were provided by Core States Group for five food service concepts on the campus of California State University
        - Stanislaus: Hisso Sushi, Shake Smart, Starbucks, The Market, and Titus Grown. Based on the schematic design package provided by
        the client, Core States Group delivered architectural, MEP engineering and structural engineering construction drawings, permitting
        and bidding, and construction administration services.




        George Washington University Dining


        Services:  Architecture

        Ames Hall, Higher Ground Café: Based on the schematic design package provided by the client, Core States Group delivered architectural
        construction drawings, building and health permit coordination, and construction administration services for the new Higher Ground
        Café in Ames Hall.

        District House, Dining Hall: 16,000 SF of renovations to the lower level of the District House Dining Hall to include four new food
        stations, seating areas, and back of house. Core States Group delivered architectural construction drawings, building and health
        permit coordination, and construction administration services.

        Shenkman, Dining Hall: 13,500 SF of renovations to the lower level and ground floor of Shenkman Hall to include seven new food
        stations, a teaching kitchen, and a production kitchen. Core States Group delivered architectural construction drawings, building and
        health permit coordination, and construction administration services.

        Thurston, Dining Hall: New, 14,000 SF dining hall with an innovation kitchen, sweet shop, artisan deli, food allergy safe station, and
        five other unique dining experiences. Core States Group delivered architectural construction drawings, building and health permit
        coordination, and construction administration services. University Student Center, Dining Hall: 10,000 SF renovations to the first
        floor of the dining hall with a new 2,000 SF Chick-fil-A food station, dining areas, and seating. Core States Group delivered architectural
        construction drawings, building and health permit coordination, and construction administration services.
