Contract Document

We can begin performing our services upon receipt of written authorization to proceed. This proposal
is valid for six (6) months. Our form of agreement will be based on the AIA B141 Owner-Architect
Agreement, modified to suit this project. As noted above, reimbursable expenses for such items as
printing, travel and overnight delivery are not included in the professional fees noted above and will be
invoiced at 1.1 times our cost. Enclosed are our Terms and Conditions which are a part of this proposal.
