Location: Elkton, Maryland
Design Statement: Highline Warren is a leading national
manufacturer and distributor of automotive products who
has seen considerable growth over the past several years,
necessitating strategic investment to support its customers
in the New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and
Maryland markets, as well as across the United States.
Bernardon provided design services for their build-
to-suit rear-load warehouse and distribution center of
approximately 267,000 SF. The building has site-cast
load-bearing concrete wall panels and a conventional steel
frame. The roof is a single membrane on rigid insulation
on metal deck.
Bernardon provided design services for the core and shell, as
well as the office fit-out.
