Owner/User: Duke Realty
Location: Myerstown, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: Bernardon worked as part of a design-
build team for this 832,000 SF cross-dock speculative
distribution building. The building has 36 foot clear height
and site-cast load-bearing concrete panels. The Owner
requested that the two corner entrances be designed
as features to attract prospective tenants. Our design
solution was to use tilt-up concrete in a creative way that
provides depth to the façade with opening for generous
amounts of glazing. Bernardon recently completed fit-
out drawings for a large tenant.
