Design Statement: The Hill at Whitemarsh is an aged
restricted community offering various levels of living
environments. The goal for Bernardon was to integrate
new apartment buildings that share the same aesthetic of
the main campus but feel as though they are a part of their
own smaller community. The five apartment buildings and
clubhouse are the last piece of a pre-planned community that
began in 2001 with the purchase of the Erdenheim Farm. The
goal of The Terraces is to make an age restricted apartment
building and clubhouse for those who are downsizing from bedroom suites with large walk in closets, a powder room off of
the more traditional home. The clubhouse which is located the main living space, and an open floor plan for the main living,
