            Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
            Design Statement:    419 Bainbridge Street is located in
            the Queen Village neighborhood of Philadelphia at the
            intersection of Passyunk Avenue  and Bainbridge  Street.
            The site is bordered by three-story masonry buildings to the
            west and north, three-story masonry buildings to the east
            across Leithgow Street, and Bainbridge Green to the south.
            Bernardon’s design of 419 Bainbridge Street complements
            and aesthetically adds to the beauty of the Queen Village
            community through the careful selection of materials and
