Design Statement: Bernardon provided architectural
design services and coordinated the services of engineering
disciplines for a seven-story mixed-use building offering retail
and office space on the ground floor topped by five stories of
residential units. Steps from the Allentown Art Museum, Arts
Park, and Liberty Bell Museum and former home of the iconic
Crocodile Rock Cafe concert venue, the site is located at the
corner of Hamilton Street and South Law Street, extending
south to West Maple Street. The property fronts on each
street, with the front door situated on South Law Street to A pedestrian bridge connects the building to a parking garage.

The first floor contains 1,000 SF of retail space on the building’s

administrative center with single offices surrounding it for as Grand Project of the Year in the Mid-Rise category in their
multiple tenants. The remaining floors house one and two- annual awards program, which recognizes projects nationally for
bedroom apartments, with the top floor housing a loft space. their outstanding design, remarkable architecture, creativity, and
inventiveness.
