30 E Allen at The Waterfront
Owner/User: Waterfront Development Company
Location: Allentown, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: As one of the first of three multi-unit
products at The Waterfront in Allentown, 30 E Allen is
designed to offer approximately 206 luxury apartments
in a five-story, Type IIIA wood structure over a one-story
podium and a partial wrap against a 765 space public/
private parking garage. The state-of-the-art building will
introduce unique architecture and a plethora of amenities
and conveniences expected of a modern day urban multi-
unit residential community.
30 E Allen will combine progressive design, best-in-class
amenities, and an outstanding riverfront setting to
create an exceptional new living experience in the City of
Allentown.
Construction is expected to commence in Summer of 2022.
