The Gallery at Cityplace

Location: Allentown, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: The Gallery at Cityplace stands as a
premier mixed-use residential building among the bustling
Hamilton District of the City of Allentown.
The 113,682 SF, six-story building offers 108 residential
apartments including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom
units. Designed above 3,100 SF of retail space, the building
also offers space for three retailers. The façade features light
brown brick and white tile as a means to tie in materials used
in its neighboring buildings and seamlessly blend in with
