Design Concept

The Hyatt Place Hotel and Residences at 320 Franklin brings
together everything that Scranton has to offer - from breathtaking
views of Historic Downtown Scranton to the Poconos mountains,
and beyond.

The existing fabric of Scranton is woven into the ethos of 320
Franklin, and our vision offers a new landmark for Scranton to
be proud of. 320 Franklin welcomes everyone to take part in its
programming - catering to visitors staying at one of its 114 hotel
rooms, Scrantonians living in the 234 apartments, shopping in
the over 75,000 square-feet of commercial retail space, or just
passing through after grabbing a coffee. 320 Franklin provides
spacious residences, hotel rooms, and large amenity spaces, as
well as plenty of parking on the first floor and lower two levels for
ample guest and visitor parking.

320 Franklin builds itself up onto a two-story pedestal and soars up
to fourteen stories, to provide varying vistas from its ninth-floor
hotel amenity space, private balconies for most of the residential
units, and third-floor outdoor amenity space overlooking
Mulberry Street. 320 Franklin’s main tower is designed to become
a new landmark in the Scranton skyline, while also blending into
the existing built environment of Downtown Scranton by cladding
itself in a material palette that fits neatly within the spectrum of
brick and stone buildings that dot the Scranton Skyline.
