MASTER PLAN - CONCEPT A Owner/User: RHX Development, LLC
1 SCALE 1" = 100'-0" 0' 50' 100' 200'
Location: Bethlehem, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: This exciting, mixed-use project will include the redevelopment of the former 21-story Martin Tower in the
city of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, which was the tallest building in both Bethlehem and the greater Lehigh Valley.
The project as planned will encompass 1,200-1,700 residential rental apartment units within seven (7) individual communities
with roughly 240 apartments each. The goal is to provide a development that meets the city’s zoning ordinance requirements
for green space, streets, and to create a community feel throughout.
