John R. Farina,

P.E. SR. MECHANICAL ENGINEER / PROJECT MANAGER

As Project Manager and Leader, John is responsible for bringing together the
appropriate team of resources necessary to complete any given project. He also is
responsible for creating a project team environment that promotes collaboration
and innovation resulting in the development of creative solutions and unique
design elements. As a Project Manager, John must develop and adhere to
deadlines and project milestones. He is responsible to meet the challenges of
rigorous schedules. He achieves this with careful planning, detailed scheduling,
and ongoing communications with the project team.

John is a recognized leader in the engineering and design of commercial and
institutional facilities. John is experienced with systems of all types having provided
engineering and design for a variety of facilities. John makes energy efficiency a
priority in his designs. He is also experienced in completing detailed energy
consumption evaluations and often leads the effort to first identify opportunities to
save energy then develop a strategic plan for implementation. John is capable of
engineering and managing a range of projects from straight-forward projects to
those requiring the most complex and challenging solutions. He excels at providing
high quality construction documents. One of John’s strengths is that he always
maintains an excellent line of communication between the design and construction
teams. This interactive process creates projects that work.
