Design Statement: Bernardon is providing interior
design services to Palmer Township Senior Living that will
complement the design vision that was created in unison
with the architectural design, while also focusing on the
specific needs of a Housing for Aging environment. Palmer
Township Senior Living is a 105-unit senior living building,
consisting of 46 Memory Care (MC) units and a combined
59 Assisted Living (AL) and Independent Living (IL) units.
The project is four (4) stories of wood frame, with one (1)
level of underground parking.
