Design Statement: Nestled on twenty-five acres in the
western suburbs of St. Louis, these Senior Apartments
offer independent and assisted living options among the
area’s picturesque parks and trail systems.

The community includes six residential apartment
buildings and a main building with common areas,
wellness center and entertainment facilities, a resident
dining room, and access to outdoor courtyards and
gardens. Bernardon provided interior design services
that included furniture and artwork specification and
installation coordination for its newly renovated, 10,000
SF, one-story main building on campus, as well as for the
lounges in its residential apartment buildings. When In an effort to increase residential appeal and update the
