Design Statement: Hager Senior Living is situated
within an urban conservation district adjacent to
significant infrastructure, shops, and restaurants
that will enhance the quality of life for residents. The
building will include approximately 7,400 square feet
of ground floor commercial space, 150 residential
apartments, including both market-rate multifamily
dwelling units and independent age-qualified living
apartments, and approximately 200 parking spaces.
Combining mutually beneficial aspects of both housing for
aging and multifamily communities gives this product the
ability to adapt over time, provide dwelling opportunities for
all age demographics, and inspire varied generations to learn
from one another.
