Competitions

The activity or contest of striving to gain or win, where people get together to see who is the best at something, competition can

build self-esteem, teach valuable life skills and positively shape a child's life. It provides the opportunity or reason for improving
their performance, and motivates them to put forth greater effort that can result in high levels of performance.

Competition urges children to challenge their status quo and try new things, which improves their creativity and problem
solving skills. Competition teaches us to bounce back from failure and respond positively to pressure and challenges, and then
adapt to move forward towards greater success. Competition thus stimulates growth and generates substantial benefits for the
         community.
