Infrastructure Expansion
Good infrastructure is the backbone of economic growth. Our population and commerce have expanded causing a major strain on our infrastructure especially our roads. The Turks and Caicos is one of the most sought-after destinations in the world and every year we welcome hundreds of thousands to our shores. We have outgrown our roads, airports and seaports.
In our Citizen’s Contract, the PNP identified 20 infrastructure projects as part of a 25-year development pipeline. Many of those are progressing, including Howard Hamilton International Airport, South Dock and other port improvements.
