TOURISM
The Turks and Caicos Islands is arguably the most tourism dependent economy in the world, so it is critical that we remain focused on sustainable tourism.
The PNP tourism policy is centred on maximising revenue from tourism while protecting natural and cultural heritage.
Our emphasis is on increased revenues from visitors rather than increased visitor numbers. We will ensure that tourism is leveraged to benefit our people by providing training, jobs, and opportunities.
Experience TCI will facilitate maximum inclusive participation in sustainable tourism. In 2025 and beyond TCI tourism growth is projected to remain buoyant. There are many tourism projects in various stages of construction. To further consolidate this robust growth and buttress the performance of the organization, an experienced CEO will be appointed.
