The PNP believes in building an ownership society where our citizens hold significant assets. A home is the most consequential material acquisition that most people make during their lifetime. Owning a home or land is a good way to build generational wealth for our islanders. With the massive expansion in tourism, the demand and cost for housing have skyrocketed. The PNP will not allow our people to be priced out of the market.
