Congratulations to those being honored on behalf of myself and my family for your support and teamwork that you have given over the years to my sister Cynclair Pearls Musgrove.
As an individual she has climbed to great heights but with your support she was able to soar like an eagle.
Thank you for allowing her to be your leader and friend and I pray that her leadership qualities have rubbed off on each of you and inspire you to continue her legacy while at the same time building your own.
As you sojourn without her it is my hope that you all keep in mind that leadership begins with humility and the willingness to sacrifice of oneself for the betterment of others.
As you go forward always lead by example and always take the first step if you want others to follow.
