Captain Neil Forbes was a cherished and devoted member of the COMO Parrot Cay Resort Team for 25 years. Serving as a senior boat captain and training captain, Neil embodied integrity, responsibility, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Neil’s journey with us was marked by his expert guidance of our boats and guests, consistently prioritizing safety. His dedication helped establish the resort’s reputation as a premier Caribbean destination.
Reflecting on Neil’s time with us, we recall countless shared memories—from early morning departures to late-night arrivals, from navigating stormy weather to enjoying calm seas. His steadfast commitment to safety, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to handle challenging situations with ease made him an invaluable leader.
Above all, we remember Neil’s passion for the sea and his love for his colleagues. His leadership inspired us all to strive for our best. Whether steering the boat or greeting passengers, Neil was always at the helm, guiding us with expertise and dedication.
As we bid Bon Voyage to Captain Neil, we find solace knowing he is now with his Lord and Savior. We remember his encouraging words, his prayers, and his example of faithfulness. We are grateful for the time we had with him and celebrate the life he lived.

You have chartered us through storm and calm, through night and day no GPS needed as you went on your merry way.
Now tides shift and winds do change, we face a new era that feels so strange. Without your steady hands to guide, we feel the loss a hallow tide.
In our hearts your legacy will forever charter wild and free. Your courage, strength and love will be the stars that guide us through the sea. Here’s to you, with gratitude for every storm you did elude. For every part, each distant shore your memory we will forever store.
Farewell our dearest Captain, so brave and true, the ocean’s depths are part of you, and though we part your course is set in every wave we will not forget.
