PILLAR 2:
Will be advocating in Parliament for amendments to be made to the Public Service Ordinance
For any policy initiatives to be successful, having effective and efficient public servants is a must. With that in mind, the following can be done to ensure that outcome:
• The government should have one standard policy across the board for all civil servants, if contract workers receive gratuity, local government workers should receive the same benefits. At the end of a public servant’s tenure, due to retirement or for any other reason, workers should receive remuneration.

PILLAR 3: Creation of Technical School
To service all Youth of the TCI with the necessary skills to become employable within the TCI Economy, it is imperative that after 40 years of talking about it that a Technical school is created.
• Courses will include a focused curriculum in the following areas but not limited to them: Carpentry; Plumbing; Electrical; Block Laying; Building Engineering; Contracting and Masonry.
• Each certificate or diploma program will be for 1 year broken into 9 months
of course work and 3 months of job placement.
• Persons looking to retool their skill set within a changing economy can also participate in these programs.
• Persons completing the programs will be fast-tracked within the Understudy program described in Pillar 5.
