-PROLOGUE
I dash outside of my cabin to hear a commotion of noise.
Adults and kids fill the main lobby. I jump and push people out
of the way to see what is going on. I finally reach the window, and
the sight we see is a nightmare. The ship is headed for the
buildings of New York City. Suddenly, one part of me starts to
run. I sprint through the hallways. I thought I knew them well,
but suddenly they became a labyrinth, trapping me inside,
unable to find an exit. People are running as well as kids. Some
people are puzzled while others are scared out of their dreams.
Crew members stood in each hallway, directing passengers in a
tense tone. I quickly found a crewmember and rushed toward
them. The lady looked quite familiar, and then I realized who it
was. She was the lady who had won the card game Mr. Johnson
was playing. I quickly follow her guidance and find an exit to this
labyrinth. I am thrown on the ground by crew members at each
emergency exit. I feel myself getting hurled through the air and
heavily hitting the cement of New York City. I try my best to get
up and dash, but I am too late. The boat rushes forward in arm’s
reach.
